Manal leads ASSET's Products implementation projects & technical support department, which she established in 1998. In 2012 she became responsible of the EMC projects & solutions development department. She has a track record of delighting customers, directing & motivating staff, & spearheading operational improvements to increase service, drive productivity & reduce costs. Sherif Ali Has been Director of Professional Services since 2015. Over 20 years of extensive technical, managerial, sales experience with enterprise solutions architecture and development. Successfully handled major projects and accumulated a good deal of knowledge and experience in Government, Telecom, Banking, Education, Oil&Gas. He Delivered solutions across MENA regions. Previously, Sherif was Products Development Senior Manager, he was leading the research and development teams who was responsible of establishing and developing ASSET's Content Management Products that received EMEA innovation award in 2006 from Oracle Corporation.

He joined ASSET Technology in 2000 as a Project Manager for ASSET Products and then Professional Services Senior Manager, in this role he was responsible for the delivery of Telecom Enterprise applications

She currently holds the position of HR Director at ASSET. With strong industry background and experience in supporting large, diverse workforce in multiple locations, she has helped ASSET attract and retain some of the best talented resources in the industry through her role for implementing all HR strategies related to talent acquisition, including competency requirements, workforce planning, leadership selection, performance management, retention, and reward and recognition programs, etc. In 2003, Mrs. Inas earned her diploma in HR from the AUC. She started her professional life at IBM, where she spent almost seven years then moved to Protech before finally moving to ASSET Technology.

With over 17 years of hands-on experience in consulting, management, system development, quality assurance, support of IT services and Strategic planning while supporting multiple industries, Engineer Michel accumulated deep knowledge in the IT industry across different industries and applications. As a PMO Senior Manager, he is responsible for Enterprise Content Management Projects follow up and delivery, in addition to managing large projects and programs as a Program Manager. During his work experience Michel successfully delivered a lot of ECM projects in different business sectors.
